1. Leadership and Management in Practice - 30 ECTS

a) Apply theories to practical situations

b) Assemble a working plan and implement the requirements to the leadership and management function 

c) Use leadership and management practices as required

  Total contact hours: 150 | Supervised placement hours: 50 | Self-study hours: 500 | Assessment hours: 50  

  Assessment method: written assignment, portfolio, work placement

2. Leadership and Management Research Project - 30 ECTS

a) Compose their own research project

b) Operate a research dissertation within their experience in leadership and management

c) Prepare a dissertation that will reflect the conducted research project

Assessment method: written assignment - dissertation

General Information

Entry requirements

All of the following:

          - A qualification in Leadership and Management or similar at minimum Level 5 (120 ECTS 

          - International applicants are to have an O Level standard of English or equivalent. A                       proficiency test of the same standard would suffice 

          - Requirements for English Language should be of Grade C or O Level or IELTS6.0                                     equivalent 

This list is the minimum required qualifications and it does note exclude any qualification of a higher level. 

Optional: A Qualification at Level 5 (120 ECTS) in a non-managerial field, but proving 3 years or more of experience in a managerial role.
