a) Demonstrate advanced skills in managing unpredictable HRM issues

b) Make professional judgements on social and ethical HRM-related issues

c) Assess own learning and reflect on future professional developments as an HR practitioner

  Assessment method: written assignment, portfolio, work placement

2. Human Resource Management Research Project - 30 ECTS

a) Demonstrate advanced skills in solving complex HRM problems within an organisational setting

b) Analyse own capabilities of using the right methodology of practise within a research topic

c) Make professional judgements based on primary and secondary data gathered

Assessment method: written assignment - dissertation

General Information

Entry requirements

All of the following:

          - A qualification in Human Resource Management or similar at minimum Level 5 (120 ECTS 

          - International applicants are to have an O Level standard of English or equivalent. A                       proficiency test of the same standard would suffice 

          - Requirements for English Language should be of Grade C or O Level or IELTS6.0                                     equivalent
